In this post I’m going to tell you a little bit about Banners Broker. But first for those of you who have followed me, know that over the past few years I’ve dabbled with Google Sniping, had some success with SEO using on-page and off-page strategies, and more recently had good results driving traffic from Twitter using some automated tools.
However, my dream of a passive income still illuded me. However I came across a couple of opportunities recently, and after careful research for several months, while in the meantime some close friends were making money hand over fist, I decided to take the plunge. I paid in $600 because I wanted to buy a few extra banner advertising panels to get my business of to a quick start and to cover the first $15 per month administration fee on the anniversary date. I’d estimated that profits from the business would cover my monthly fee by the time I’d reached my second monthly anniversary.
Banners Broker do all the work for you by putting together Advertisers (Companies that want to advertise their product) with Publishers (Website owners who rent space to place banner advertisements).
My Results with Banners Broker
After less than a month I can safely say that I’m well on the way to doubling my investment.

SEO on the other hand is teachable and once you learn how to do it, it’s just a matter of repeating a proven formula over and over.

Hi, my affiliate marketing story began with Facebook. I’d heard all the buzz so decided to book myself on a four day Facebook Marketing seminar organised by Internet Marketing phenomenon Mark Anastasi.
What has this got to do with affiliate marketing ? Well there are half a billion Facebook Users and counting, so if you can find a way to put your affiliate link in front of just a small percentage of them, then that has to be one of the best affiliate marketing program – right ?
Because of course if you can get traffic following your affiliate link to the product’s sales page, and that sales page converts visitors into buyers then you get paid affiliate commission (=$$$$).
Earnings per Click
If you get 100 click on your link and two buy, that’s 2 x $20=$40
$40/100= 40 cents . So 40 cents, or $0.40, is your earnings per click.
400 clicks per day = financial independence
How valuable is traffic ?
Well its been said that 400 clicks per day = financial independence.
At $0.25 – $1.00 per click 400 visitors = $100 to $400 in earned affiliate commission per day- from Clickbank for example, or you can become an Amazon affiliate to promote physical products. So , I thought I’d put together some tips for you on how to rank well in Google and the search engines.
You see if there were 10,000 monthly searches for a particular long tail keyword, you could reasonably expect that the number 1 spot would be visited 4,000 times per month.
With an industry standard conversion rate of 1%, that would be 400 new clients per month.
What’s the value of each client per year ? Well it depends on the niche, your ability to market to your email list and other factors.

Off-page optimisation consists of links from other sites to your site – these are also referred to as backlinks.

A web page’s title (title tag) is probably the most important on-page factor that Google will look at when it decides to rank a page. So they need to include important words that sum up the content of the page effectively.
A key strategy is to target a particular keyword in each Page of your site – one keyword per page related to your niche. This begins most importantly with the Page Title.
Typically your keyword might be a three word phrase, and you need to ensure that your keyword is contained within the Page Title of your site.
Each page should have a specific keyword which you target on that page. So if you have five keywords related to your niche and five pages to your site (excluding Contact, About Me, Privacy Policy etc.) target a specific keyword on each page and include that keyword in the Page Title.
Page titles are much more important than keyword densities (the number of times your keyword appears in your page). The quality of a site is signified by a term called its Page Rank . This is a number from 0-10 with 10 indicating a site with the greatest authority.
